Closing the gap between modern health problems and the healthcare system.

We build tools that help people understand their own health and help clinicians understand their patients.

Most chronic day-to-day health conditions do not show up as a single event at a GP appointment. Things like gut issues, hormonal changes, fatigue and mood disorders build up over time in ways that are hard to remember and describe. Our AI-assisted platform makes it easy to log how you are feeling in the moment. It captures what you say, type or photograph and transcribes and analyses your entries to help you spot patterns and to provide a comprehensive health record.

Our first product is in development now.

Modern healthcare systems work best with things that are present during a consultation and can be examined on the spot such as a broken bone or an infection. But many conditions people suffer from these days are not like that. They come and go over weeks and months depending on diet, sleep, stress, lifestyle and many other factors. Patients struggle to give a comprehensive description and clinicians only ever see a snapshot during the consultation.

The approach

Capture, organise, share.

Our platform is built around three ideas. We make it easy for people to log how they feel in their own words whenever they have something to record. We use AI to structure the data and to apply a range of mathematical techniques to find patterns in the data over time. And we make it easy for users to share their results with the people who can act on it such as their carers or clinicians.

The road ahead

What’s next.

We are in active development, working with clinicians and early stage users to shape the platform and explore how structured, patient-reported logging may be of use in NHS primary and community care in the future.
